Filling in the form

All fields in the form are required to be filled in when sending email to ourselves. This is to ensure that we have the required details to best answer your query and to ensure that we have the necessary information to contact you in return.

The email forms also include a CAPTCHA field (That is the box where you fill in the letters and numbers you see in the small image at the bottom of the form to prevent spammers from sending thousands of emails through a form).
We are sorry to have to include this measure; however in the current internet climate this has become necessary.

One of the outstanding problems with the CAPTCHA technique is that it presents problems for the visually impaired.

To ensure that our site maintains full accessibility to the blind and visually impaired we have included an audio equivalent of the letters and numbers CAPTCHA image which may be accessed via the speaker symbol  next to the CAPTCHA (This will be seen as an "Audio CAPTCHA" link in text only browsers or when you have the site style in high contrast mode).

On activating the Audio CAPTCHA link you will be offered the opportunity to either: -

1. Open the file in your default audio application
2. Save the file to your computer

Click on open and you will hear the letters and numbers of the CAPTCHA image spoken
Then simply type the letters and numbers that you hear into the form for you message to be sent.

You can use the email link on the contact pages to send email to us using your own email client. Alternatively you can telephone us on +44 (0)115 966 4197 during office hours and we will be happy to deal with your enquiry in person

If you experience any further problems using our forms or for some reason you are unable to make use of the Audio or Visual CAPTCHA methods; please do not hesitate to contact us by any of the methods available on our site and we will bend every effort to ensure the correction of any accessibility problem that you encounter with our site.
