When Firefox 1.5 detects that a page is trying to open a popup window it will show a yellow warning bar at the top of the content window. To quickly change your preferences for that site click the Options button and choose one of the options. Either Allow popups for www.domain.com or Show http://www.domain.com/whatever.

Using the Mozilla Firefox 1.5 Popup Blocker
By default, Firefox 1.5 blocks annoying popup windows on Web sites Block Popup Windows. Unchecking this option will disable popup blocking.

Some sites make legitimate use of popup windows. Therefore, the popup blocking feature has a simple white list mechanism to allow certain sites to open popups anyway. To add a site to the white list, click Tools >> Options and then the Content tab.

Next click Allowed Sites and enter the address of the web site i.e.www.linxdata.net in the Address of web site: box and click Allow.

To remove a site from the white list, select that site from the list and then click Remove Site. To clear the white list completely, click Remove All Sites.
