Favourites in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
This menu contains all your stored Favourites (Bookmarks). You open the Favourites Center by clicking on the large star at the left hand side of the tab bar or pressing Alt+C on your keyboard

NOTE: The Favourites Center menu will disappear when you have clicked a link. If you want the Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Favourites center sidebar menu to remain on the screen after you have clicked a link then click the green arrow
to the top right of the Favourites Center Menu.

Adds the current page to your Favourites. Click the Add to Favourites Button and then choose from the drow down menu or press Ctrl+D on your keyboard. A dialogue will be displayed, allowing you to choose a title for the favourite and specify where you want it to be stored.

Clicking adds all the tabs in the current window to a new Favourites (Bookmarks) Group.

You need to provide a name for the group of Favourites (Bookmarks). Next click to add the bookmark group to your favourites.

Your new Favourites (Bookmarks) Group will now Appear in your Favourites (Bookmarks) menu.

Opening Bookmark Groups
You can open favourites either on their own or as a group or folder. If you open the Favourites (Bookmarks) menu and mouse over a group or folder name a blue arrow will become visible. If you click this arrow with your mouse then the entire group of favourites contained in that folder will be opened.

NOTE: If you try to open a group or folder of Favourites (Bookmarks) that contain a great many Favourites (Bookmarks) Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 may warn you that opening these Favourites (Bookmarks) may take some time and that it may cause Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 to respond slowly.

Organising Favourites (Bookmarks)
Click on the star with the plus sign and click from the drop down menu to display the Favourites (Bookmarks) Manager.

This opens a window where you can modify your Favourites. You can sort, rename and change the properties for your Favourites as well as add, remove, and move them.
