Setting Up Cookie Rules
By default the Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Website Browser accepts a restricted range of cookies. If this does not suit you, you can tell Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Website Browser what cookie settings you would prefer. NOTE: that this can effect the browsing experience on many websites. Setting Website Exceptions
You can set exceptions for websites that you would like to be treated differently to your default settings. For instance you may have set a very strict set of options for general web browsing but you may require to relax these options for the use of specific trusted sites.

Select Tools >> Internet Options

And then Click on the Privacy Tab and Click the Sites Button.

In the Per Site Privacy Actions Dialog type the address of the site that you wish to treat as an exception.

Choose which action you wish to assign to this domain and then click OKto save your setting. Then Click OK on the Internet Options dialog to close it.

You can use the same technique to block troublesome sites in situations where you have a generally liberal setting for most of the internet but wish to block certain sites from setting cookies.
