Clearing the Cache (Browsing History)
The Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Website Browser stores copies of accessed pages in the cache. By doing this Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Website Browser does not have to retrieve the page from the network each time you view the web page.
To clear the cache:
- Select
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Tools >> Internet Options - From the on the General Tab under the Browsing History Section Click the button
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Website Browser Delete Cache - You will then be presented with a further dialogue giving you the option to delete various Browsing History related information. You can choose either to simply Temporary Internet Files or to choose the option at the bottom of the dialogue.

Changing the Cache Settings
You can change the Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Cache Options from the Internet Options dialogue
- If you wish to change the size of the cache click the Button (Next to the button) in the Browsing history section.

NOTE: A larger cache allows more data to be quickly retrieved, but more of your hard disc space is used.
