You can access the Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Tab Optons by clicking Tools >> Internet Options and then the Settings Button in the Tabs Section of the General Options Tab

Select the Options that you require and then click OK to close the dialogue. You can also click the Restore Defaults button if you wish to return Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 to its original settings.
