This page will show how to configure and use the BecykMail Email program.

From the file menu select Mailbox >> New Mailbox. This dialogue box appears.

In Mailbox Type Your Full name or company name.
This will appear on all emails sent by you. Use upper and lower case i.e. Linx Data Ltd.

For Mail Protocol Select the POP3 option.

Click OK to continue.

The Settings dialogue box appears with the Account tab selected

In Mailbox Type Your Full name or company name.

In Your Name: Type Your Full name or company name.

In E-mail address: Type your email address i.e. (info@domain.co.uk).

For Mail Protocol Ensure that the POP3 option is selected.

In POP3 (Mail) Server: Type your incoming mail server as supplied i.e. mail.domain.co.uk

In SMTP Server: Type your outgoing mail server as supplied by your ISP.

In Use ID: Type your user name as supplied i.e.username@domain.co.uk.

In Password: Type your password as provided i.e. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Click on the Connection tab to continue.

Select the appropriate method of connecting to the Internet and fill in the details as supplied by your ISP.

Click on the Compose tab.

In Reply-To: Type your email address i.e. (info@domain.co.uk).

In Organization: Type Your Full name or company name.
This will appear on all emails sent by you. Use upper and lower case i.e. Linx Data Ltd.

Click OK to finish the setup wizard.
